End of Season Member Party – 9/22

Join us Thursday, September 22nd, from 6pm until 8pm at Colorado Cyclist, 3970 East Bijou St, for an end of season event. This will give us a chance to share memories from the season and share contact information to organize rides in the off season.
 
WMBA will provide drinks and light fare while the Colorado Cyclist will treat all of our members to a 20% discount.  There will also be some great prizes for WMBA members and you must be present to win.
 
This event is open to everyone so bring your spouses, significant others, riding buddies and co-workers.
 
This is a great opportunity to pick up your WMBA shirt if you haven’t already done so.

3rd Annual Costume Criterium – 10/29

Start getting your costumes and bikes ready for the craziest crit in town.  It will be held on Saturday, October 29 at the SRM Powermeters Service Center.  Registration begins at 3:30 and the race starts at 4:00pm. Every year WMBA throws a badass bash with lots of bootie, food, drinks, and fun.
 
There will be an adult Costume Criterium full of stunts and silly obstacles.  The kiddie race will take place immediately after the adult race.  Costumes are mandatory and helmets must be worn by all racers.  Spectators are welcome!
 
Bring your friends and family.   This event is open to the public and a definite not-to-be-missed event!
 
$10 suggested donation will get you into the ride, a prize ticket, and a drink cup.  There will be lots of great prizes and prize drawings.
 
We will have many amazing giveaways from our sponsors and others in the community who have generously donated items for this event. Items from:

Skills Ride @ Red Rocks – 9/19

Join us for a Skills Ride at Red Rocks, 5:30pm on Monday, September 19.  Meet in the main parking lot off Hwy 24 and South Ridge Road.

Practice riding over obstacles and body position on the bike. Improve on your current skills and learn new ones to help you become a more confident and proficient rider.
